NUX TIME CORE DELUXE MKII is a delay pedal with 7 different types and a built-in looper. It includes ΦPhi Digital Delay, Analog Delay, Modulation Delay, Tape Echo, Pan Delay, Verb Delay, Reverse Delay, and Sound On Sound. You can change the effect type using the Type knob.
ΦPhi Digital Delay is a digital delay with a second series of repeats for subdivision. It makes your guitar sound more musical. With smooth adjustment and intelligent "Smart Tap," you can easily achieve the desired effect and be ready to play.
ΦPhi Range: 80 ms ~ 1000 ms
Analog Delay is based on the timeless BBD (Bucket Brigade Device) delay. It generates a very warm sound with natural highs. Suitable for solo ballads with a romantic atmosphere. Our unique algorithm replicates the physical feedback while you quickly adjust the Time knob from maximum to minimum.
Analog Delay Range: 40 ms ~ 403 ms
Modulation Delay is based on the Ibanez DML. The chorus becomes lush and rich, which is not expected from an ancient digital effect. Holding the footswitch enters Alt mode (LED indicator starts blinking ORANGE), and then the Repeat knob adjusts the Mod parameter. Press the footswitch briefly to exit Alt mode.
Modulation Delay Range: 20 ms ~ 1500 ms
Tape Echo is based on the legendary Space Echo machine. We digitally recreated the retro style of a true tape setup. Tape Echo is saturated in highs and has the low-frequency decay characteristic of magnetic tape. It's gently modulated for added depth and color. Quickly adjust the Time knob from maximum to minimum to achieve feedback effect.
Tape Echo Range: 55 ms ~ 552 ms
Pan Delay simply shifts the mono signal to different positions in the stereo field. Our Pan Delay algorithm turns ordinary panning into a "gourmet" version that includes not only stereo placement but also interesting imaging possibilities. This makes the panning movements subtle when you want natural settings and more extreme when you want to create sonic pleasure in your headphones.
Pan Delay Range: 80 ms ~ 1000 ms
Verb Delay combines our Plate Reverb algorithm with digital delay to create a room ambience. Hold the footswitch to enter Alt mode and adjust the Verb parameter with the Repeat knob. Press the footswitch briefly to exit Alt mode.
Verb Delay Range: 80 ms ~ 1000 ms
Reverse Delay, a truly classic effect: Record a guitar part, flip the tape, play it back. Popularized by guitar legend Jimi Hendrix, Reverse Delay still inspires experimentation and trying out new sound possibilities.
Reverse Delay Range: 320 ms ~ 1240 ms
S.O.S, Sound On Sound, is a 40-second stereo looper for guitarists. While playing, you can exit S.O.S function, select a different delay mode, and use the effect to play without interrupting playback. (Note: When exiting S.O.S mode to another delay, the delay effect will be engaged.)

Adjusts the number of repeats. In Mod D. or Verb mode, hold the footswitch to enter Alt mode (LED indicator starts blinking ORANGE), then the Repeat knob adjusts the Mod or Verb parameter. Press the footswitch briefly to exit Alt mode.
In S.O.S mode, footswitch operation behaves like a regular looper. During REC, the LED indicator shows RED, during PLAY, it shows GREEN, and during OVERDUB, it shows ORANGE.
In Mod.D and Verb modes, hold the footswitch to enter Alt mode (LED indicator starts blinking ORANGE), allowing adjustment of Mod or Verb parameters with the Repeat knob. Press the footswitch briefly to exit Alt mode.
Kill Dry: Without USB connection, hold the footswitch to turn on the pedal. If the LED indicator blinks 3 times GREEN, the KILL DRY function is engaged. If it blinks 3 times RED, the KILL DRY function is turned off. (Normal mode)
Power Supply: Use ONLY 9V DC (negative tip) with a current draw of over 150 mA. (Current draw is less than 125 mA.)
USB-C Port: The USB-C port is used for hardware firmware updates. Connect the USB cable to the computer and hold the footswitch to start the device and enter DFU (Device Firmware Update) mode. After connecting, firmware updates can be performed using the DFU Updater software.

Audio inputs on the right side of the pedal are standard 1/4" (mono/TS) jacks. Connect your guitar to the audio input (mono) on the right side of the effect using a standard 1/4" instrument cable.
The effect also supports stereo signals using a pair of 1/4" TS cables.
Audio Outputs: Audio outputs on the left side are standard 1/4" (mono/TS) jacks. Connect the audio output using a cable or a pair of 1/4" cables to the next device in the chain if both inputs are used.
